**Job Responsibilities:**


1. Develop sales policies based on the company's overall development strategy and achieve sales targets.

2. Responsible for the promotion and marketing of the company’s brand and products, expanding the global sales reach of the company's products.

3. Develop new market networks and promote the brand in untapped markets to increase the product's market share.

4. Guide and improve team members' business capabilities and track the progress of sales plans.

5. Regularly visit key clients in the region and stay updated on customer and market information.

6. Handle objections and complaints promptly to improve customer satisfaction and establish long-term, strong, and stable regional customer relationships.


**Job Requirements:**


1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of sales management experience in the new energy or energy storage industry; industry background is preferred.

2. Rich customer resources and relationships, with an outstanding sales track record.

3. Strong market forecasting ability, with the capacity to keenly grasp market trends and sell company products.

4. Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.

5. Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle high work pressure.
