**Responsibilities:**

1. Responsible for the structural design of all energy storage systems, including the creation, review, and output of technical specifications, process documentation, and related files.

2. Lead the development of new energy storage products and oversee trial production of new products.

3. Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to support related tasks.

4. Coordinate and support the introduction of mass production for new products, and oversee the production and follow-up of new product samples.

5. Guide the production line through the transition from trial production to mass production of new products.

6. Develop and follow up on engineering changes, manage technical anomalies in the production process, and provide training on technical skills to technical staff and workers.

**Job Requirements:**

1. Over 10 years of experience in the design and development of energy storage systems.

2. Understanding of the basic performance of components used in photovoltaic/energy storage systems, with the ability to solve production-related issues.

3. Proficiency in software applications for data analysis and basic knowledge of battery cell production processes.

4. Strong planning skills, rich project management experience, and the ability to control project progress according to development milestones to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
